I was reading through random journal entries this morning. People, friends, subhumans, koko the sign language gorilla: your grammar sucks!

Here is a quick guide of the words you keep fucking up:

you're == short for "you are" as in "you're a fucking idiot for getting this wrong" or "booze, you're my only friend"
your = possessive. "your grammar sucks" or "I fucked your sister"

affect == verb. your shitty grammar has a negative affect on how smart you seem.
effect == noun. the effect of good grammar is that you don't look like an idiot.

through == over the river and through the woods
threw == i threw the ball at your head for fucking up.
thru == as in drive-thru, this is the informal version of through, use this when writing to your friend, not your boss

alot == IS NOT A FUCKING WORD it is "a lot".
alright == technically wrong, but overlooked. you should use "all right" in formal writings.

there == location. I'm here, you're way the fuck over there. There goes the President of the United States who probably doesn't know these words either.
their == possessive. Their house is not made of cardboard.
they're == short for "they are". They're coming to get you.
